In order to receive remote support from the Caesarstone IT Helpdesk team, follow the steps below to setup a TeamViewer Quick Support session.
- Click on the link below to download TeamViewer Quick Support.
- When the file is downloaded, click Open file to launch the file.
- Click ‘I Agree’ to accept the License Agreement
- Wait for the Remote Control Session code to appear. Provide the Session code to your support technician.
