In order to receive remote support from the Caesarstone IT Helpdesk team, follow the steps below to setup a TeamViewer Quick Support session.

  1. Click on the link below to download TeamViewer Quick Support.
  1. When the file is downloaded, click Open file to launch the file.
  1. Click ‘I Agree’ to accept the License Agreement
  1. Wait for the Remote Control Session code to appear.  Provide the Session code to your support technician.
