Does the Caesarstone Warranty cover all applications and usages?

Caesarstone provides warranty for Caesarstone surfaces in which appliances and applications are installed or fabricated, provided that those appliances and applications are approved for use by Caesarstone, and installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, Caesarstone fabrication and installation guidelines, and any additional guidelines relating to those appliances and applications.

What is the Caesarstone outdoor ten-year warranty?

We go beyond excellence to reassure you that your surface remains safe, durable, and timelessly beautiful. Our outdoor ten-year warranty enables you to benefit from our full commitment to top-quality surfaces outdoors.

It is made available to the original owner of a single-family residence and goes into effect on the original date of installation. It applies to repairs and replacements of defective materials fabricated and installed by Caesarstone-authorized professionals only, and you must request the service within 30 days of any material failure.

You must register to activate your warranty. Proof of payment in a full purchase is required.

What is the Caesarstone lifetime warranty?

Can any fabricator issue a quartz certificate?

Only Caesarstone-certified fabricators can install your surface to get our lifetime warranty.

What products to avoid protecting quartz?

Avoid strong chemicals and solvents, and strong acids or alkalis, oxidizers or similar materials, regardless of pH.
Avoid harsh cleaning products such as: oven/grill cleaners, dishwasher detergent, floor strippers, oil soaps, paint removers/strippers, etc. or any products containing trichloroethane or methylene chloride
Avoid products containing oils as they may leave a residue. All products should be rinsed off thoroughly
If the surface comes into contact with any products that might damage it, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

Check each cleaning product first on an inconspicuous area to ensure it doesn’t damage the surface.

How can I prevent patina?

Do not allow liquids to dry out or remain on your surface for a long time. Always wipe away wet spills, to prevent limescale forming. This is particularly important on dark surfaces, on which a patina may be more visible.
